PRISCILLA'S BACKYARD was inspired by a photograph taken in a friend's backyard in the Hamptons, where an abandoned dory had been quietly reclaimed by nature. Filled with rainwater, the weathered boat became an unexpected mirror, reflecting the surrounding trees and sky.
