Refund & Return Policy - PC Adams Art

Thank you for supporting original artwork and fine art prints from PC Adams Art.  Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Because artwork is a unique and delicate purchase, please review the policy below before placing your order.

Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the artwork. 

I will assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim and will work with you to resolve the issue.  Depending on the condition of the artwork, this may include professional repair when appropriate, or a refund issued after the shipping carrier's damage claim has been approved.  Because each original is unique, an identical replacement artwork cannot be provided.  

If a refund is required due to shipping damage, the artwork must be returned to PC Adams Art or made available for inspection or pickup by the shipping carrier.  I will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping related to a confirmed damage claim.  The artwork should not be discarded, altered, or repaired without authorization, and all packaging materials must be retained until the claim process is complete.

Limited Edition & Open Edition Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable except in the case of shipping damage or production error.

If your print arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me with 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the shipping box
  • packing materials
  • the print itself

Once confirmed, a replacement print will be sent at no cost to you.

Framed or Altered Artwork

Artwork that has been framed, mounted, trimmed, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.  After that time, prints may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed damage or shipping error.

Color and Appearance

Every effort is made to accurately photograph and represent artwork.  However, colors may vary slightly depending on monitor or device settings.  Such variations are not considered defects.
